Everything was delicious and paired perfectly. This little peace of magic in Glen Cove will give the other restaurants a run for their money between the exquisite food and carefully curated wines. The short rib pasta was great, very tender. I like my wings fried hard so I thought that was perfect. The whipped blue cheese was the chefs kiss pairing. I would definitely go back.
