Established in 2003, we started as a small cafe and bar with great coffee, snacks, and pizzas. People loved spending time in the café enjoying our frappes or conversing with our friendly staff, so we decided an expansion was in order. In 2006 the first expansion began until our current completed renovation in 2019. We're still serving great coffee, cocktails, and pizza, and have our selection of fresh dishes to choose from that is currently in the works of expanding when our kitchen's renovation reaches its final completion. So come on by, stay awhile, and enjoy all of the beautiful things this Astoria gem has to offer. We are proud to have been offering Avenue Cafe as your home away from home and hope to continue to serve you for more decades to come.

Despont ha logrado recrear la esencia de Central Park dentro del establecimiento, creando un ambiente que resulta cálido, privada y glamoroso. El inmobiliario hecho a la medida brinda un entorno relajado pero elegante, adecuado perfectamente para un desayuno de negocios o una velada con cocteles preparados a mano por el mixólogo Brian Van Flandern. El té de la tarde es toda una experiencia al servirse en vajillas personalizadas y de porcelana, la carta de tés es internacional, y cuenta con un toque de Eloise (niña pequeña de una serie de libros infantiles que vive en el hotel Plaza de Nueva York).
