Le Vallauris, ubicado en el corazón de Palm Springs desde 1973, al pie de las montañas de San Jacinto, ha sido el restaurante mejor calificado en Palm Springs Valley desde su apertura. El establecimiento es dirigido por su propietario, el conocido empresario de restaurantes Paul Bruggemans, que también era propietario del famoso restaurante Le St Germain en Hollywood. El edificio histórico fue construido en 1927 y pertenecía a los propietarios del famoso Desert Inn, que era el mejor hotel del valle.
