You're invited to try the creative cuisine of Executive Chef Todd Lytle and his team, from Lamb Osso Buco to Waygu Shepherd's Pie. Our Bistro Filet is a local favorite. All of our ingredients are brought in fresh, and many are sourced from local farms. Even the honey for our Hot Honey Salmon comes from a beekeeper in nearby Derry. Besides our large outdoor patio, our restaurant features several private dining rooms for your special occasions, as well as our 300-seat Carriage House. We have 32 craft beers on draft, a wide selection of bourbons and scotches, and a seasonally-rotating cocktail menu. My husband and I celebrated our birthdays at Th Foundry last night. This was our first time and will not be our last. We were greeted at the door with enthusiasm and shown to a lovely table. Our server, Colby, was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and pleasant. The food was delicious and we highly recommend the poached Cod and the squash medley side dish. Good beers on tap as well. And we were happy that parking was plentiful and accessible. The decor was unique and a nice nod to the former businesses in the area. A nice slice of Manchester history!

We visited Firefly Bistro to support the CASA fundraiser. It was our first time dining there. We were impressed by the friendly staff, the service and the cozy atmosphere. Our dinners were delicious! We will definitely be back!

Mikes Italian Kitchen is an outstanding experience in Italian cuisine!… I compare it to some of the finest restaurants in the North End of Boston!… I’ve been there twice now and have truly enjoyed both visits!… I wish they’d open a branch in my town in Florida!

I could not believe how dead it was considering how wonderful the food and service was. It was Sunday night and there was not another customer in the restaurant. Will definitely go there again.
