El Panache Wood Fire Grill está a punto de incorporarse a esta lista gracias al trabajo de Habib Troudi. Panache se encuentra en el edificio que albergaba a L’Angolo Blue, un restaurante italiano que cerró sus puertas a principios del año, y está basado en un "concepto sencillo" tal como lo expresa Troudi, al ofrecer pizzas de masa fina al estilo napolitano preparadas en el horno de carbón y leña así como filetes de res de primera calidad, mariscos y otros platillos de la new American Cuisine.
