Our extensive and whimsical cocktail menu features Vanderpump classics and nods to the Flamingo’s beginnings, like the Pinky’s Martini, served tableside on a vintage gold tray. Other offerings include the Pump & Bump (a caviar martini served with a pearl spoonful of caviar on a gold plate) and the Daddy Issues (a white peach French 75 topped with pink cotton candy). Our kitchen, open nightly until 10PM, features elevated bar staples and twists on Las Vegas classics, with elegant and unique presentations. The Deviled Egg Gardens feature five upright deviled eggs with decadent toppings, such as lobster, crab salad, caviar, bacon and blue cheese, and cornichon. Wagyu Sliders are finished with roasted shishito peppers and dill pickle tater tots. The Pinky’s Shrimp Cocktail arrives in an oversized martini glass with ice-cold smoke pouring out. Our Signature Birdcages offer a stunning presentation of cheese and accoutrements or charcuterie.

El propietario Michael Morton, de la famosa familia de restaurantes Morton, prefiere no describir La Cave con el concepto limitado del bar de vinos. La Cave, gracias a su tentador menú de platillos pequeños, a su entorno elegante y a su completa selección de cervezas y licores, es algo más que un simple bar de vinos. Este refugio acogedor en Wynn cuenta con una fantasía de techos abobedados, hierro forjado, maderas pulidas y paneles de cristal. El chef Bill DeMarco, un protegido del chef Charlie Palmer, ha elaborado un menú encantador de panes planos, platillos pequeños al estilo de las tapas, carnes a la brasa o bandejas de charcutería y queso gourmet, que combinan perfectamente con cualquiera de los diversos vinos de La Cave. Esta bodega dedicada a los placeres del vino, gracias a su ambiente atractivo y divertido, se complementa con una terraza para comer al aire libre con vistas a jardines y piscinas. Morton lo resume mejor: "Quiero que la gente cuando se vaya sienta que ha estado en la mejor cena de celebración, con buena comida, buen vino, buena música y excelentes amigos".
