El Derby, fundado en 1922 y de gestión y propiedad familiar desde 1951, es más que un restaurante. El establecimiento es un gran museo que muestra los mejores momentos de las carreras de caballos.     What a hidden treasure! The restaurant is in the Sheraton Fairplex where we stayed. It is an incredible Farm to Table restaurant with organic items from their garden on the premises. We literally just ate every meal - breakfast and dinner - every day at the hotel. Their Patty Melt - a 10/10 - the best I've ever had. The breakfast menu was fabulous as well. Because it is just a "hotel restaurant", I probably would have not tried it, had I not been a hotel guest. But this place is WELL WORTH going to - even if you are not a hotel guest. For organic farm to table items, it is absolutely fabulous.

    It's a small place but staff was very friendly and the food was ample and very tasty. Everyone enjoyed their order, which included Greek salad, their combo plate, and Roquefort chicken. We had requested a quiet location and got one. I was afraid we wouldn't be able to hear the two musicians in the front room but their music was piped in.
