Tavern es el tercer restaurante del equipo de las chefs y sommeliers Suzanne Goin y Caroline Styne, que también poseen el restaurante Lucques y la enoteca AOC. Éste es su primer local en la zona oeste de Los Ángeles y funge como un lugar de reunión para la multitud local de Brentwood.
