    Started out ok but our main course was quite delayed. No sign of our server. Then our steaks came out lukewarm and no potatoes. We waited around 5 minutes. No sign again of our server to ask if we needed anything. Finally received potato half way through our meal. Spoke with manager and he was very apologetic. Will be awhile before we go back.

    We had a decent meal here after Saturday evening church. We wanted something a little more upscale than something like a Chilis or TGI Fridays or Millers Ale House. Palm Court totally fit the bill. My wife's hangar steak was cooked perfectly and was absolutely delicious. My only complaint was that I asked my steak burger to be medium rare and it came well done. Oh and the wedge salad I had was huge and one of the best I've had in a while. The ambiance of the place is like some thing from back in the day like a place Sinatra or Dean Martin would have hung out at for dinner and drinks. We will definitely be back.

    It took 45 minutes to get the first round of drinks, an hour and 10 minutes to take our order. The food was served to us cold, as if it had been sitting for a while in its sauces, which had congealed on the plates. A 6:30 reservation and we didn’t eat until after 8:00. The hangar steak was inedible, it had a metallic and bitter taste. This was a terrible experience.

    Nancy was phenomenal! The food was superb. Piped in music could be a notch lower but overall a fabulous dining experience.

    Thd food was mediocre, they were out of quite a few things that were basics and the music that was pumped in from the lounge was so loud you couldn’t even have a conversation. This is the second time I’ve been there where the music was deafening. Definitely not going back again.

    Ambience is wonderful. Beautiful decor. Great entertainment, drinks were also great. Food was ok. My filet was dry and cold. Could improve food presentation and temperature.
