Palace Kitchen offers an open kitchen concept to allow guests to watch the chefs at work. Settle in for dinner at one of the booths or our horseshoe shaped bar with low, intimate lighting and enjoy fresh, seasonal food that is served late into the night. Diners at Palace Kitchen love the whole trout, rotisserie chicken and burger royale that are grilled over the apple wood grill in house.
Palace Kitchen offers late night dining with a full menu until 12:00am and bar until 1:00am.
Our King Boletus Parlor and Chanterelle Rooms offer private dining for groups of up to either 16 guests or up to 20 guests.

    Mindy was phenomenal. We had not seen her since 2019 at her former establishment. She was kind, warm, and utterly professional. We will return again.

    Service was great and food tasted good. The quantity I received of the bone marrow and beef shanks with vegetables was ridiculously small. I mean 2 small carrots, 1/2 tsp of marrow and a couple small pieces of turnip with bread was it. I left hungry. Very poor experience for me regarding my dish. Tasted good but not enough to be satisfied.

    Had reathat the kitchen was uneven. I can say that is true. I had the special. Beef was perfect. Vegetables and bone marrow were undercooked. Portions were small, even for Seattle. Had hoped for better.

    Atmosphere and service were significantly above average. The food was average to below average. Presentation on the plate was sloppy. My Hanger steak was tougher than I'm used to. One other diner had the Trout, he was happy with his dish. Overall value was good. It was a business dinner, my guest was impressed. I've eaten there before yesterday with a better overall experience.

    Very good atmosphere. The lighting is relaxing. The service is wonderful. The restaurant has a very, very beautiful interior. The restaurant is open late as well. The food tastes lovely. Lots of high-end, tasty flavors. We got the lavender goat cheese fondue, the clams with chorizo, the chipotle smoked wings, and the beet salad with saffron honey. The only thing I will say: the portions are TINY! I understand it is a high-dining experience… but it was just not enough food, especially for the price.
