Palace Kitchen offers an open kitchen concept to allow guests to watch the chefs at work. Settle in for dinner at one of the booths or our horseshoe shaped bar with low, intimate lighting and enjoy fresh, seasonal food that is served late into the night. Diners at Palace Kitchen love the whole trout, rotisserie chicken and burger royale that are grilled over the apple wood grill in house.
Palace Kitchen offers late night dining with a full menu until 12:00am and bar until 1:00am.
Our King Boletus Parlor and Chanterelle Rooms offer private dining for groups of up to either 16 guests or up to 20 guests.

Del equipo editorial de OpenTable: Come to Palace Kitchen for wood-fired Pacific Northwest dishes starring fresh ingredients from owner and James Beard Award-winning chef Tom Douglas’s farm. Start with the goat cheese lavender fondue before moving on to hits like chicken wings and a whole Idaho rainbow trout. Add in creative cocktails and a warm space with a massive Rococo-style bacchanal painting, and it’s easy to see why the restaurant is a Seattle late-night industry darling.

Laura, our server, was very attentive. Good suggestions, quick and efficient, followed up a few minutes after we were served to confirm everything was good. Very pleasant meal and dining experience

Could NOT have been a more delightful evening... amazing cocktails, ("GrandCar", "OldFashioned", Cabernet Franc).. fabulous food, desserts and coffee (Wings/Romaine/Beets/Artichoke/Ravioli/Coconut pie/Rice pudding)..great ambiance.. all made even more special by our fantastic server, Juliana who is so good at her job that she left us looking forward to our next meal there. Thx Juliana!

Delicious, generous portions, friendly and helpful server. So helpful for the celiac in our party. Would love a chocolate dessert option on the menu.

Loved the festive atmosphere! We were greeted warmly and service was great. Dinner was good - although our first course arrived on the cool side.

Trout, kale and french fries were inedible. trout-dried out kale super bitter-spit it out french fries covered in salt The pot au feu was a small portion and lacked flavor

There was a long wait before someone came to take our order. The food was mediocre. The desert tasted terrible. Very limited menu options. The seating was uncomfortable, it was too dark. Nothing memorable about the atmosphere. I wouldn’t go there again.
