El Olympia Provisions Southeast se encuentra en uno de los edificios industriales mejor restaurados de Portland y se ha creado a partir de la primera charcutería USDA de la ciudad para ser un destino de platillos refinados de estilo europeo. El menú, dirigido por las manos expertas del chef Alex Yoder, refleja un enfoque innovador de las tradiciones de la gastronomía europea rural. Los platillos de Yoder ponen de relieve la charcutería casera, las carnes de origen local y las verduras de temporada. I have come to expect excellent, interesting, beautiful food from Olympia Provisions. Fully satisfied this evening AS USUAL. What was beyond my expectations was the personal, thoughtful, compelling service we got - as a table of 11! - from our FANTASTIC server. She knew the menu, she was personable, she anticipated our needs, she was funny….for my work group, just ending an intensive day of strategic planning, she could not have provided a more welcoming vibe. THANK YOU. My team flew in from all over the country and I wanted to showcase Portland’s best. You really delivered and made me proud.

Amazing experience as usual. Unfortunately, they’ve added on a health surcharge and included gratuity plus increased pricing. Their system double charges customers for this by basically “double-taxing” the total after gratuity/health fees and not on the actual core base amount. It’s frustrating to see restaurants take this trend under the guise of “we can’t afford to pay for healthcare for our employees” but equally then not correctly implement this taxing system. It makes the conversation with servers awkward because the service staff is fabulous!

There were a couple of larger parties seated nearby and their proximity made it rather noisy. There are differences from before as the charcuterie was served on a platter, not on a board. In all it was a good meal with a fresh green salad before a comfort style chicken thigh with mash and roasted cabbage.

I had a group of 10 girlfriends join me for a birthday brunch, and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience! Great food, good Portland vibe without being “too much” and our server was wonderful!
