                                                                          Very disappointing buffet offering, especially for the price per person. If the service is not going to be offered long enough to comfortably enjoy it, then a 1:15pm time slot should never be offered. Will never recommend it or partake again. Shame on you Fairmont. I am embarrassed having taken my family there for a special occasion.

                                                                          Loved being in the back room for Valentine’s Day! It made the evening feel very special. The food was not good. Croquettes were cold and the spatzle had no flavor and couldn’t even eat the duck.

                                                                          Had a set menu 3 course meal for valentine’s Day. Food was under seasoned bland. The combinations were strange together and didn’t fit. Overall I was disappointed for what I paid.

Our section was not particularly busy and our server was chatting with infection game execs in a different part of restaurant, as she mentioned to us. Which is nice as to why she didn’t pay attention to her area. Multiple ppl complained, I was okay with, but my mother wasn’t. Open table comments where not addressed again, for special notes. We were put in the corner to the right as you walk in, didn’t complain. Food was mid, didn’t complain. Only really giving this feedback for app optimization really.
