We were not impressed the last time we went to the Scottsdale location, but we decided to give it another try. SO GLAD we did! Service, food, everything was MUCH MUCH better.

I have been dining at North for several years now and both the service and the food have declined. It used to be great but today I rate the food as ok and the service as not ok. With so many options for good creative cuisine and consistently good service this will not be my choice going forward.

The food was very good. My husband ordered the “Pig” pizza and I ordered the meatball pasta. Both were delicious and busting with flavor. Service was quick, portions hearty and they kept our glasses full! We come here every year when we’re visiting and it never disappoints.

Ran out of a breakfast item shortly after they opened. Couldn’t have been more apologetic and the manager(Austin) bought my breakfast to make up for it. Excellent customer service. Everyone else really enjoyed their breakfast items (3 others).

My wife & I were celebrating our 20th Anniversary and North Italia-KC was highly recommended to us! So I made Reservations via Open Table, and from the time we checked in, the service was great. We asked for outdoor seating on the patio and Alex was our server! Alex was fantastic and personable and made some wonderful suggestions! As a Vegetarian he recommended the SpicyPasta without the meat and the Kale Salad without the meat, both were absolutely delicious! Then he recommended the Butter Cake for Dessert and what a perfect way to conclude a fantastic meal! Thank you for making this Anniversary Special!!!
