It was my wife and I first time there. We loved it, we only go out to places like this, when it is for our wedding anniversary and my birthday. We will definitely go back!

From the beautiful setting to a great server and service, I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to celebrate a special moment. I appreciate that they acknowledged it was for my anniversary with my partner and, throughout the night, tried their best to make it memorable. I will return.

The approach to the restaurant is lovely. It was dark when we arrived but you could see the building well enough to know it was striking. The valet was very attentive. He opened the door upon our arrival and took the car very quickly. The hostess was friendly and seated us upon entering. The food was very good but not exceptional. The menu was very limited and there were no specials available. I have to eat gluten free and I felt very safe. The server was very knowledgeable about my needs and the menu is clearly marked for gluten free choices. The dessert menu was upsetting as they did not have any gf desserts except for sorbet. This was a let down as the other gf menu choices were varied. Overall, an enjoyable evening.

We sat at the bar area, it was loud but that was expected. The service was a little slow, and we waited a bit for drinks and to talk to the waitress, but it was still a lovely evening! The waitress was very sweet!

Yesterday was our second time this year dining here. Last time was in June. Not sure if the Chef has been changed or we just got lucky the first time, but our experience was so much worse than the first time that we’d probably not come back again. The fried brussel sprouts side had so much blue cheese that it overpowered the brussel sprouts so much you couldn’t taste it. All you could taste is the very sharp blue cheese. Who puts blue cheese in brussels anyway? The butternut squash side was overcooked and thus was dehydrated leaving very little fibers or juices. On top of that, it was sprinkled with a corn-like substance that gave it crunchiness, yet no flavor of its own or drew any extra flavor from the squash. Similar story with the sword fish- baked grapes as a garnishing? Who thought of that? The souse was overpowering - couldn’t taste the fish. The chicken was well cooked but was bland. The NY strip was most pleasing but it was half the size of a typical NY strip and $60. The waiter, Gabby was very knowledgeable about each dish and very pleasant. But I think for a restaurant of this class a waiter should not only ask about allergies but about your food preferences to best align the choices with the patron’s pallets. Why does every dessert on your menu have ice cream? The pastry chef ran out of other ideas?
