The celeriac soup was divine, and dessert was spectacular. We were surprised to find ourselves alone in the dining room on a Friday, but were entertained by the views. The food was skillfully prepared, well seasoned and beautifully presented. Service was carried out by courteous, attentive serving staff, just enough attention to detail, without being intrusive. We travelled from Hastings and our guests were from the New Forest. We had never been there before. The staff were kind, friendly and courteous. The food was excellent We enjoyed ourselves that much that we stayed for 4 hours. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality. Such a lovely venue.
