Tonight our rice was put into a small bowl when before it has been in a lidded round box . The box keeps rice hotter . And it was difficult to dish up from the small bowl . Snack of pickles and ox tongue was perfect, those pickles are life changing. Soup was spot on, just the right intensity and massive depth of flavour. Hogget chops with crisp fat on point.
