The standout was the outstanding service. The staff at both Holiday Inn and the Dandelion were amazing, so polite and professional. Would not hesitate to go back there again. Whilst the service was good, I’m sorry to report that the food hasn’t been up to scratch. The additional chicken I have added for the burrito bowl previously has been dry. This time I ordered the salmon bim bim bap and the salmon was overcooked and dry, along with the egg being overcooked also. Otherwise the flavours are nice.
