We thoroughly enjoyed our evening at Sodafish. Everything from the friendly greeting upon arrival, the delicious cocktails and wines, incredibly tantalising food sourced locally resulted in a memorable dining experience. We would recommend Sodafish to all who appreciate amazing, fresh and innovative food.

The service was excellent and the venue was quiet, but needs to be updated. It did feel a bit like I’d returned to the 80’s. The two French waitresses were sensational in the service. I did order a steak rare and it came out medium/well done, however the taste was great! The wine selection was nice and the Shiraz I had was lovely. Although it felt like I was stepping back in time with the decor and ambience and my steak was not cooked to my liking, the positives still outweighed the negatives and I’d recommend anyone to give the York a try.

Great food, good service, great staff and top value for money.

The meals were delicious, we had heart attack parma, pork belly and lamb cutlets, as mains. Graze mess and crepes for desert. highly recommend

The food was delicious and a good variety on the menu. The Banana Tarte Tatin was really good. Service was quick with friendly staff.
