    The staff at Pamela ( Ellie, Carly and server Ruth) were outstanding in helping to set me up for success!! Food was outstanding and an awesome opportunity to showcase the Hotel Polaris and your beautiful decor for the holidays!!     We had a GREAT experience today. My 90 yo parents were meeting their first great grandchild after traveling to CO from PA. We were given a room on a sunny patio with a quiet atmosphere. We were accommodated with a place for my daughter's wheelchair and the new grandbaby's high chair. Our server (I am blanking her name right now) was OUTSTANDING, very attentive and responsive to our requests. She was fantastic. The food was also amazing and the portions were very generous. A GREAT lunch with a wonderful server, fantastic food and a family memory! THANK YOU for hosting this fun event!
