Tim Zekki was born and raised in Cyprus but has lived and worked in the UK for 35 years. He has a passion for local and seasonal ingredients, sourcing sustainable produce and items that he forages in Somerset woodlands and along the coast. We specialise in pho, the Vietnamese noodle soup, and also serve delicious curries, rice dishes, wok-fried noodles and healthy salads, too.
