We ended up being there during a busy rush but our food and drinks came promptly. The cowboy sushi was delicious. This restaurant is a great gem of the beautiful town of Jasper. The service was excellent, it you asked about something on the menu, they knew and answered right away. I've been there a few times, and it gets better everything. The meal was nice but IMO the menu was overpriced. Nice evening out but no hurry to go back. PS what is with the bird noise ( apparently the new alarm on the back door).
