Michael’s Grill is a refreshing destination for a unique dining experience in the town of Carrollwood. It hosts a spacious covered patio along with a beautiful granite bar to enjoy your favorite cocktails. Main dining room offers an open kitchen experience, where fully trained Chefs can be seen preparing the magic that you deserve. Michael’s fresh seafood is the talk of the town, which he attributes to a long lasting friendship with a local fish monger of 30 years.
Steaks, chicken and pasta also compliments the menu, as well as a trendy lunch menu offering.

We have a private dining setting that seats 40 people. It may be used for wedding and baby showers, graduations, birthdays, Christmas parties and more. Jenna took great care of us for lunch. The service was prompt, courteous and pleasant. We eat there more than other places because of the consistently good food and service. We plan to have dinner there tomorrow evening…

10 of us dined on New Years Eve. We sat outside on the patio and enjoyed the live music from the wine bar next door. The food was absolutely delicious and our servers were fantastic. It really is one of the best restaurants in all of Tampa!!

Michael’s Grill was delicious once again! Steak could’ve been cooked more thoroughly, but otherwise, an excellent meal. Can’t wait to go back on a less busy night.

Food was excellent. Had the special tonight - Filet Burrata….was excellent. Others in my party had the grouper special and Tuscan salmon. All were cooked perfectly. Service was excellent and attentive despite being busy as it was Christmas Eve.

Outstanding Dining Experience at Michael’s Grill Last night, my date and I had the pleasure of dining at Michael’s Grill in Tampa, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. We began with the Louisiana shrimp in barbecue sauce as an appetizer, and it set the tone for the evening—flavorful, perfectly prepared, and absolutely delicious. Our drinks were expertly crafted, adding a nice touch of sophistication to the meal. The service was truly top-notch. Our server, Mallory was attentive, professional and friendly, and the general manager personally came over to ensure we were enjoying our meal. This level of care and attention to detail made us feel incredibly welcome and valued. The staff even went above and beyond to help us find a table that suited our preferences—a small gesture that made a big impact. For our main course, we both savored Chef Michael's Filet Mignon ... 6 oz tender Filet grilled medium rare topped with a robust Gorgonzola cheese and finished with a Jack Daniels Whiskey sauce, mashed potatoes and vegetable medley, all of which were cooked to perfection. Each bite was a testament to the quality and expertise Michael’s Grill consistently delivers. To top off the evening, we indulged in the bread pudding with ice cream and caramel-toffee for dessert. Outstanding! It was the perfect ending to an unforgettable meal—warm, rich, and utterly satisfying. Michael’s Grill is a gem in Tampa, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. Exceptional food, impeccable service, and an inviting atmosphere make it a dining experience you won’t want to miss.

We just moved to Tampa and looking for our go to dining out. We loved Michael’s Grill. Our server, Nico, was terrific and informative. Food was delicious and loved the intimate atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back!
