We checked in for our reservation; told they were waiting for a table to get up. Then seated 3 other tables of 4, when asked when our table would be ready. They didn’t have a table for us. While we were standing in front of the host station.

Jennifer, I apologize for the misunderstanding, however you were 15 minutes early for your reservation and the only tables sat prior to you once you arrived were tables of 2 (Open table confirmed that). When we communicated to you that we were just going to confirm your table was properly set you said forget it and decided to leave. While I understand you thought you were being treated unfairly, your giving my food a rating of a 1 when you didn't even eat is truly unfair. I hope you will give us the opportunity to serve you and decide if you really believe we are worthy of such a poor review.

The food and service were exceptional. The biggest distraction was the noise level of the people I. The next booth. They were overly loud and no one on staff attempted to bring that to their attention.
