El Meat Market es una churrasquería más llamativa y glamurosa que las tradicionales. El menú de platillos es actual y dinámico e incluye filetes, marisco exquisito y productos frescos. El menú puede cambiar cada día, cada semana o cada temporada, según el criterio del reconocido chef ejecutivo Sean Brasel. El establecimiento cuenta con una gestión espectacular, que también posee el Meat Market south beach, el catering TOUCH y el catering Glatt Koshe Touch. El restaurante dispone de una barra de marisco con ceviche fresco y un bar contiguo donde se elaboran cócteles artesanos únicos. En el exterior, se ofrece servicio en las mesas y en el salón. El salón comedor principal es atractivo y presenta acabados de lujo y un ambiente amplio y luminoso, que abandona el concepto típico de churrasquería y se acerca más al estilo de South Beach.                                       I had an absolutely horrible experience at Meat Market Palm Beach, and I feel compelled to share it. From the moment I arrived, the service was beyond disappointing. Our waitress was dismissive, inattentive, and made us feel as though we were an inconvenience rather than valued guests. But what made this experience even worse was the clear sense of discrimination I felt. The energy in the room was unwelcoming, and it was evident that we were being treated differently from other guests. The stares from both staff and patrons made it clear that they did not believe we “belonged” there. No one should ever have to feel uncomfortable or out of place when dining at a restaurant, especially one that claims to be high-end. For a place that markets itself as a luxury dining experience, the lack of hospitality and basic decency was shocking. If you’re looking for a restaurant where you’ll be treated with respect, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

                                      First of all it was early and very packed. The tables were extremely close together. The noise level was off the decibel chart. I could not even hear the server give the specials, much less hear my friend speaking to me. The selections on the menu were very unusual to me, so I would advise checking it online before you go. It was also extremely pricey, but it WAS Palm Beach. The server was superb. I never get fish, but I went out on a limb because of the items that came with it. I got the Sea Bass, which was delicious. So, it was certainly an experience, and the restaurant is definitely very popular. More than likely a place to be seen.

                                      Best experience taking my wife for Valentines day. We’ve been a few times before as well with the same level of detail each time! Food, service and ambiance is Excellent!

                                      The food was outstanding. The pistachio crusted halibut and Brussels sprouts were delicious.The atmosphere was nice and there was even a fabulous violinist walking around the dining room tables playing. The only turn off was the fact that as soon as we sat down we were verbally reminded (after receiving this same message by text and email) that our table was only reserved for an hour and a half. We were served bread that had been smushed flat on one side and I had to make eye contact with our waitress and flag her down for beverage refills.
