    Consistently good food and superior service is the mark of all the Quantaince Weaver restaurants. The servers are extremely well trained and engage easily. The food is always up to a higher standard.

    The Mrs. and I have been eating in snow day food for the last several days. We were ready to venture out for an early dinner. As we began to discuss where to go, we turned to each other and both said out loud our favorite place, Lucky 32. Upon arrival, our requested table was perfectly set for a quiet evening meal. We were promptly greeted and served our beverages and warm bread. For starters, we chose the Pimento Cheese Deviled Eggs which came out quickly. Delicious as always, (but not quite as good as Mama’s). For our main course, I enjoyed the Shrimp & Grits, and the Mrs. had a vegetable plate with creamy grits, buttered green beans and whipped sweet potatoes. Each of us enjoyed our selections. We looked over the dessert menu and almost ordered the Flourless Chocolate Cake, and Affogato, but thought it best to save those two for another visit. P.S. The roads were not that bad, and we both were glad we went.

    All of the beers we ordered was not cold. The waitress was great about it but this needs adjusting

    Our sides were cold. We usually love this place for its lively atmosphere but only the lower dining room was being used so it had an empty feeling. It just wasn’t the food quality or the lively ambiance we usually find there.

    Good meal. Three of us had the She-crab soup which was excellent. Two of my sons had burgers, one with blue cheese and one with pimento cheese. They both said they were very good. My other son had salmon with a bourbon glaze which he raved about. My wife enjoyed her Mountain Trout. I had the catfish which was good. The mustard creole sauce wasn’t too exciting and the Cole slaw serving was a little small, but very good. All in all I would say this was a much better meal than the previous two times that we have been here which were meals that were okay but kind of bland.

    A very nice dinner. Excellent food and service! Our waiter was very attentive. I have had the black bean cakes many times but last night’s may have been the best.
