Expect the finest ingredients, expertly sourced from around the UK and further afield; delivering a focus and emphasis of exquisite seafood along with a few meat options from artesian suppliers.Dilling will showcase his talent in an intimate dining space seating only 34 guests in the heart of London, a newly designed dining room overlooking Regent Street. The restaurant will serve contemporary French cuisine which draws on inspiration from the classic gastronomy of the country combined with a young and energetic sense of hospitality. We will endeavor to accommodate dietary requirements. Vegetarian and gluten-free menus are available. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate completely dairy-free or vegan menus.

La comida estaba exquisita y la atención del personal fue inmejorable. La idea del restaurante es que comas de tapas o raciones por lo que tienes que elegir unas cuantas opciones de la carta. Lo mejor es dejar que te indiquen más o menos que y cuanto tienes que pedir para quedarte a gusto. El ceviche estaba delicioso!

la comida estuvo muy rica pero la porcion de paella fue muy pequeña para lo que esperabamos. La mesera nos dijo que con dos porciones para 4 era suficiente y la verdad era menos de la mitad de una paella normal. Era rica pero caro para el tamaño de la porcion. La atencion fue muy amable.
