The intimate space is framed with floor-to-ceiling windows and overlooks a spacious secluded Saltillo-tiled outdoor private patio featuring bistro string lighting, a four-sided, tiled fireplace for optimal year-round al fresco dining. Cielos and its Bar both reflect a genuine, richly authentic Southern Arizona historic charm and ambience including rough-hewn artist-design hand-painted wood beams, Mexican tin chandeliers, floating potted plants and shade sails.

Dined here on Thanksgiving at their beautiful buffet which ran from 11 to 3. However, when we arrived at 2 there was no turkey, no salmon, no cheesecake, and there were about two servings left of potatoes and green chile casserole. The staff worked their tails off to replace all but the turkey but it seems like they overbooked the meal. I had to leave my table and pick up my my cocktail that had been waiting at the bar for minutes as the servers were very busy. This review would probably have received 5 stars had we arrived earlier. The food tasted delicious but because I scraped most of it out of nearly empty bins, it didn’t represent the $79 price. On any other night, we love Cielo’s and especially love their delightful hotel.

Seemed like Cielos overdid it with the tables making it overcrowded and getting bumped by other guests Had to walk around to find waiter/waitresses for water. Also got charged an extra $50. Your chef is spectacular but greedy ness is not the answer

Very friendly and attentive staff. The staff was knowledgeable about wine choices and supportive about acquainting us with the beautiful and comfortable environment. Especially enjoyed the calm ambience and frequent show of smiles from the staff. The food was excellent. We enjoyed not being overwhelmed by too many choices as this has been something we frequented at Thanksgiving Dinner buffets in Santa Cruz CA. More is not better. The quality of each food selection was fresh and bursting with flavor while presented carefully. We tried all the meat items, including the salmon. Wonderful tasting we all agreed for all the meats and the salmon was amazing. Thank you Cielos for a wonderful tasting Thanksgiving dinner with an environment sustaining conversation and delicious tasting food.

The food was good, the price was stupidly priced plus they added an automatic 20% gratuity, mind it was only a party of 2. If I would have known how much it was going to cost I would have never made the reservation. So sad that business feel the need to take advantage of others.

Ouch. Chose this restaurant for my b-day celebration... It is a charmless and mediocre place. The food took forever. The tacos came out cold (we sent them back). The chicken half was simply a hammered breast. The chips were stale... on and on. No...

Celebrated a birthday with girlfriends. The outdoor seating was perfect and the music added great ambience. Food was delicious. Each one of enjoyed every dish. Our server Ben was absolutely amazing. He had many great suggestions. He was super friendly and patient with all us ladies. Highly recommend Cielos and the staff.

We were excited for our anniversary dinner here since we have been wanting to try this place out and have heard good things. We made a reservation stating that it was for an anniversary. Nobody from the restaurant acknowledged this, not even once during our time there. We ordered 2 appetizers and shared an entree. All of them were bland and lacked salt and flavor. Though he was nice, we were not impressed with our waitress. Needless to say we were disappointed with the dinner that was supposed to be for our special occasion. The thing we loved about the place was the outside seating. It was quiet and the ambiance was very good with the lights and fireplace going.
