Desde su inauguración en 1989, el Cafe Carlo se ha convertido en un imprescindible en la restauración de Winnipeg por su ambiente cálido y agradable y está considerado uno de los mejores restaurantes de la ciudad. El ambiente y la decoración han sufrido una evolución desde aquel estilo de mercadillo elegante de los comienzos, en el que los propietarios y empleados sostenían que un gran restaurante debía centrarse únicamente en la comida. Esa pasión de los primeros empleados por la comida y la bebida permanece intacta hasta este día y queremos compartirla con el mundo y nuestros clientes.
