Trèsind Studio offers a uniquely captivating dining experience, challenging common perceptions of Indian cuisine by showcasing flavors both new and familiar through a creative lens. The ethos of Studio places an emphasis on the transformation and amplification of humble ingredients, sourced locally from organic and sustainable farmers in the UAE.

The dining room philosophy is based on the popular Indian phrase “Atithi Devo Bhava”, which literally means ‘Guest Is God’. Their emphasis on the guest experience is renowned in the region, having recently been named the winner of ‘The Art of Hospitality' award at the inaugural Middle East and North Africa’s 50 Best Restaurants 2022 awards by The World’s 50 Best Restaurants.

Dubai’s first and only all-vegetarian degustation fine dining experience. Also caters to vegan and gluten-free diets on request.
The menu is inspired by humble seasonal ingredients, that are pure, clean, natural, and energy-containing. The cuisine uses fresh produce and dairy products from local farms. The restaurant is driven by the culinary maestro, Chef Rahul Rana, who has a rich background in curating vegetarian and patisserie concepts in culinary arts. The menu at AVATARA will showcase a modern avatar of the techniques, philosophy, and story of soulful Indian food. Indian cuisine was originally predominantly vegetarian. However, the perceptions around vegetarian food have been that of limitations. The idea is to break through these perceptions and curate a unique vegetarian fine dining experience.

Revelry’s bar menu was crafted with a deep appreciation for India’s diverse climatic conditions, which give rise to four distinct seasons: summer, autumn, monsoon, and winter. Each of these seasons brings forth a wealth of fruits and vegetables, contributing to India’s abundant agricultural heritage and culinary traditions. Drawing inspiration from these vibrant seasons, we have meticulously curated our bar menu to embark on a flavorful Indian journey for your palate.

Our cocktails bear names in Hindi, the official language of India, adding an authentic touch to your drinking experience. Revelry’s menu is a creation brought to life by our Head Mixologist, Vince Varghese, in collaboration with Chef Rahul Rana. The dedicated duo of Vince and Chef Rahul has rekindled the cherished memories and nostalgic moments from their upbringing in diverse regions of India, paving the path for the inception of Revelry Chapter 1.
