El restaurante Rustic Stone by Dylan McGrath de Dublín tiene una filosofía muy sencilla: cuanto mejor sean los ingredientes de temporada y cuanto más simple la técnica, más sabor. Lo que hace realmente diferente a este restaurante fascinante es su enfoque culinario verdaderamente saludable. El menú del Rustic Stone es delicioso, pero se basa en alimentos sanos y vitales, buenos para el cuerpo y para el alma. McGrath obtuvo una estrella Michelin en Mint, su anterior establecimiento, y es presentador de Masterchef, del que tuvo la idea. En la cocina reduce al mínimo el uso de azúcar y nata, prohíbe las imitaciones y lo que no tiene sabor y produce un menú delicioso 90% sin gluten, 90% sin trigo y 70% sin lácteos.
