El Left Bank es una brasserie de auténtico estilo parisino, ubicada en el histórico Blue Rock Inn, en el precioso centro de Larkspur. Al The Blue Rock Inn, construido en 1895, durante la época del ferrocarril, acudían los fines de semana los residentes en San Francisco para bailar y hacer un pícnic bajo las estrellas.     The staff went above and beyond when the reservation was in error for four but really was for six. I goofed the reservation and the host staff saved my bacon

    We have been going to Left Bank for years. The food is very good, the ambiance very nice and the waitstaff was friendly and very prompt.

    Cold night out under the awning was made enjoyable with blankets and heater. Service was friendly, accurate and the right pace. Happy hour wine was a good value. Cassoulet, green salad, and butternut squash soup were generous and delicious. Looking forward to the reheating cassoulet lefties for dinns tonight. Also enjoyed the apple galette and warm olives. The flavors are reliably delish at Left Bank. The meat and beans were cooked to flavorful tenderness, the beans were neither dry nor soupy. The house rose paired very well with the cassoulet. The house red was an acceptable pairing but the second glass of house red tasted very different from the Happy Hour wine and had some off flavors. We'd been craving cassoulet and we weren't disappointed. Been eating at Left Bank since they opened. Thanks for another delicious and pleasant meal.

    Unfortunately we weren’t all that happy with the food. Salad was a strange random disjointed medley with little flavor. Can’t go wrong with onion soup but it was a bit salty. His was a pork chop that was over cooked. All in all- the service was great and I love coming there. Just didn’t quite meet expectations.
