Our décor is warm and modern. The tradition has always been dark wood, leathers and a muted palette for a steakhouse. We broke the mould and decided to add hand-selected music that reflects us! We’re more like Jay Z and less like Sinatra. We only serve ranch specific Alberta Beef. That means we don’t serve beef from anywhere else on the planet. We know our farmers and ranchers personally and respect the hard work they put in to produce our beef. We are one of just a handful of steakhouses in Canada that serves, Grass-fed, Grain-fed, Wet-aged, Dry-aged and Wagyu beef 365 days a year. Our beef is always fresh never frozen.We use a 1800 degree Infrared Grill to cook your steaks. The high heat creates a flavourful crust on the outside of the steak and leaves a juicy centre.

    My girlfriends took me out for my birthday dinner. The food was delicious! Our server Alex was very nice and took great care of us. The ambience was very nice and even though it was a full house, it wasn't loud so we had a wonderful visit and meal. We will be back. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

    High quality service and food. Been a while I’ve been at a restaurant that meets classic high end, relaxed yet meaningful experiences.     We love this place, the service and food are always top notch!! My only complaint about last nights experience would be where our table was located, every time the door would open we would get a cold draft. They maybe need to use a 2 door system to stop this.
