You’ll find an elegant dining experience with a relaxed and refined atmosphere at the Prince of Wales Hotel with the Royal Stewart Dining Room, Windsor Lounge and Afternoon Tea. Take part in a time honored Waterton tradition with Afternoon Tea at the Prince of Wales Hotel. Inspired by British tradition, Afternoon Tea features a selection of teas from Jolene's Tea House (Banff, Alberta) and a variety of delectable sandwich squares and pastries. 24 hours are required for any dietary restrictions.Tea is served in the Royal Stewart Dining Room, which overlooks Waterton Lake for some of the most spectacular views around. Join us for this unique experience daily from 12 PM to 4 PM during the summer operating season. Looking for Dinner, join us in the Royal Stewart Dining Room between 5 PM - 9:00 PM and watch the sunset while you dine on locally inspired dishes.The Windsor Lounge is open seating with first come, first served.

    The food is top notch, the staff (especially Avery) are attentive, helpful, and professional. My go to is the Wild Boar Ragu and hr bees Knees (on the rocks). I love that they can modify easily for gluten and dairy free options! Ambiance is amazing, and the noise level is low unless I’m there with my crew! Sorry! We just have too much fun.

    My husband and I had an incredible experience there. The food was exceptional, the service attentive, and the ambiance beautifully elegant — the perfect setting to celebrate our anniversary. It’s definitely a place made for special occasions. We’ll be back for sure!
