Seasoned is SUNY Adirondack’s student-run restaurant, located in the SUNY Adirondack Culinary Arts Center in downtown Glens Falls. SUNY Adirondack's Culinary students are trained by the college's highly skilled faculty, then put what they learn into action at the state-of-the-art learning center. Students learn the ins and outs of the restaurant and hospitality industries by working in all roles of the front of the house. In the kitchen and classrooms, they learn the art of creating delectable cuisines which are served to the patrons of Seasoned.Seasoned also hosts Collaborative Cuisine dinner series where the college partners with local beverage companies in New York State. Enjoy a four-course pairing menus curated and prepared by SUNY Adirondack Chefs Matt Bolton, Dynia Mariano and their Culinary Arts students, the events are elevated with informal informational talking points from the chefs and our regional beverage partners.     Wonderful experience! We stumbled upon this place while visiting for our mini-moon and the restaurant was very trendy yet charming. Our server was very attentive and sweet (older gentleman) and the food was delicious, especially the dark chocolate pot de creme!

    Birthday dinner on a quiet fall Monday night. Sous chef in the kitchen. We were alone in a quiet room with a well selected jazz playlist providing ambience. An excellent meal in a quiet elegant setting Highlights included the hen of the woods risotto, venison and duck special with sweet potato gnocchi and the spaghetti squash entrée as well as the gluten free brownie dessert. All were truly excellent. Also had an very good Manhattan. Jess provided outstanding service and recommendations. Not inexpensive but worth it. Highly recommended.

    The fire pits by the water was amazing! They kept the fire going the whole time and with being the last time slot, they said we were welcomed to stay as long as we wanted. The menu was great and the s’mores package was the perfect addition! Will definitely book again.
