Some of the most popular starters are the steamed pesto mussels, calamari fritti and the baked fontina cheese with an oven-baked crust and caramelized onion, balsamic reduction and roasted garlic. Entrées range from the lamb strip loin with rosemary feta cheese to the pan seared veal scallopini topped with lemon and a masala wine pan sauce.

The Club Tavern and Grill was originally The Grantree Restaurant when three men from Conrad, Montana purchased it in 1985. The Felska’s and the Solvie’s came to Bozeman motivated by the prospect of building or buying a Conference Center.They discovered that the Ramada Inn, (hotel, restaurant, and conference center) was in bankruptcy so they purchased the business. Once a dark 70’s style bar and casual dining restaurant, it also featured a fine dining area.In 1999, The Grantree Restaurant was revised and remodeled to give it a more casual Montana feel.In 2008, the Partners decided to change the name and again do a remodel with more of an upscale sport’s bar style hence creating what today is The Club Tavern and Grill, Bozeman’s Upscale Sport’s Bar with 20 TVs, a Casino, Full Bar, and Sports packages.     Last night we headed to Fielding's to celebrate a milestone anniversary in our engagement. We were greeted and shown our table when we arrived for our reservation. The ambiance of this place was very nice! I loved the art work, the pops of green throughout the restaurant, and I loved the silverware. The menu is curated perfectly. Maybe a little on the higher end but every bite is worth the money you will spend on it. Save room for dessert! The chocolate mouse cake with cookies and cream ice cream was a nice way to finish the meal! Portion sizes are perfect. I had the pasta bolognese and he had the chicken entree. 10/10. We want to say thank you to our awesome server Maxx. He was very attentive to the table, friendly, quick, and ensured we had a great night out. As locals, we look forward to our next trip to Fielding's!

    We were super impressed with the quality of the food and service by Taylor was exceptional. She was so kind, personable & highly attentive to us. The dry rub on the wings were fantastic! We will be back when we visit our little bobcat again! Yay, MSU!
