Mia Margherita’s coal-fired oven celebrates pizza in its original intention. Our pizza dough is made in house. Every pizza is hand stretched and tossed by our pizzaiolos in front of our guests. The intensity of the coal-fired heat allows us to produce a very light, beautifully crispy, Neapolitan-style pizza. Moisture is retained at the center of the pie, so it's slightly chewy, too, giving our customers the best of both worlds. Mia Margherita also serves a variety of classic Italian dishes.     The food is flavorful and cooked exactly to order. Julie was a fantastic waitress, keeping up with our needs without hovering. Mark was a gracious host. Everyone made us feel welcome. It was a great dining experience.

    Menu, atmosphere, and staff were great! Javi was our server and he is quite entertaining. When you go thru the main entrance at Mountain Lodge, take the elevator down to floor ‘CC.’ Turn left off the elevator, pass the stairs, and go thru the door.

    Another great meal yesterday evening at the Oxley House in Elkins West Virginia. Both the Appalachian Burgoo and Pork Chop were great. Cudos to the chef and kitchen staff. Dining at the Oxley House is becoming a weekly event for us.

    Wonderful Thanksgiving Buffet! Great meal, great service, relaxing atmosphere and beautiful view! All the staff was great and very friendly! I’ve been to Stillwaters for their Thanksgiving buffet and it’s great as well! I hope Lightburns at Stonewall Resort have this again next year, I like the smaller atmosphere better!
