Chef Josh Prichard's menu includes dishes made from scratch, inspired by, and made with locally sourced proteins, ingredients, and seasonal produce whenever possible.     Just came from The Sycamore’s Thanksgiving Day menu. The food was delicious and the service was great. The price was a good value for such good food. I enjoyed the special Thanksgiving cocktail as well.

    If you are looking to dine at what should be a Michelin 2 star rated restaurant then this is the restaurant you must try. Tucked away on a northern Virginia farm you can’t beat the locally procured delectable delights. Service is over the top and the offerings are fantastic.

    I don’t want anyone to know about this restaurant. I want it all to myself and my family. I want to make it THE Purcellville restaurant I frequent on a weekly basis. The food is THAT good as is the service and ambiance. Shhh

    The Hillbrook Inn was a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff were amazing and attentive and made our special occasion an absolutely perfect experience and one we will remember and cherish forever. Thank you to the entire staff for a wonderful evening.
