Columbia, de propiedad y gestión familiar, lleva funcionando más de 110 años, ha ganado el reconocimiento por su encanto del viejo mundo y ha sido galardonado por su cocina española/cubana. El código de vestimenta es informal, pero no se admiten camisetas sin mangas para los hombres.
