Cafe Amore has been serving great Mediterranean-inspired food since 1995. There's something for everyone at this popular local establishment. Reservations are open for dinner only, lunch is walk ins only. What’s in the name you ask? We don’t really know, other than the fact that it has a good ring to it. Nothing really about this place makes much sense. Are we a butcher shop or a restaurant? Are we a butcher shop inside of a restaurant? Or a restaurant inside of a butcher shop? In our spare time we like to build fires and cook food over wood, you can hire us to do that. We make all of our own charcuterie in house, and we’re determined to get better at that everyday. How do two concepts operate together in harmony? We don’t really know yet, but we will work at it ‘til it’s seamless. One thing we do know, all of the meat served and sold between these four walls is strictly derived from whole animals butchered in-house, sourced from happy places.

    Absolutely wonderful time at the Fat Rabbit! It was a joy to see the care and artistry with which the chefs handled their ingredients. A place for anyone who appreciates farm to table dining experience.

    The food and service was outstanding ! Our server was very sweet and polite! One thing I will note is, on the penne pasta we asked if we can change the tomato sauce to arrabbiata sauce and the server told us no problem, but she didn’t tell us there was going to be a surcharge for the sauce change. It was only $2.50 which wasn’t a big deal to us but some people might have been shocked. Especially since no where on the menu indicate surcharge for changes with pasta sauce.

    We had a wonderful experience tonight. Although there was only one server on and she was new she did a wonderful job at managing to get to all of her tables, Be super friendly, extremely helpful and had a smile on her face the whole time. our meals were yummy and plenty of food!

    Food was delicious!!! Some of the portions of meat were very inconsistent in size….three people ordered prime rib…one of the portions was extremely small… Overall, the food was delicious

    It was my 8 year old nephews birthday and they put out decor and crafts for him to do. Plus gave free dessert. They went above and beyond without even requesting it!! 10/10
