The fish boil kettle is brought to a boil over an open fire… when the fish is cooked to perfection, a small amount of kerosene is poured into the base of the fire. The result? A spectacular burst of flames and the famous boil-over that leaves the food ready to be immediately served at your table inside the restaurant.     Great meal! This is our second time eating at Chop. It has been a couple years but it was just as good as we remembered. We got in town in time to get the early dinner menu which is a great value. I had the Beef Burgundy and my husband had the filet. Both were delicious and cooked perfectly. A great start to our Door County weekend.

    We had a lovely dinner at LURE! It was my mother’s birthday. We had asked for a round table for 6 and that is exactly what was set up. The food was fresh (fish) and delicious! Our server was really friendly, prompt, and seemed to like her job. Everyone had a nice dinner, and the deserts were fabulous THANK YOU!
