Booked a table for Valentine’s Night requesting the bar area (booth if even possible). Got delayed at Calgary airport and knew it was unlikely we would make the 8.30pm booking so sent a message to say we would be late if they could please hold a table for us. Received confirmation that they would. Arrived at 9.00pm, two tables were available in the bar area but the lady looked around and said she could try the dining room for us - I said no - that’s for families and old people, sorry!! So I asked if we could sit at one of the available tables - felt like I was asking a favour! Definitely no table was saved. Sat at one of the tables but we did move to the bar itself as there was a party of 6 incredibly loud guys right next to us. The bar tender (ashamed to say I cannot remember his name) was absolutely wonderful. Service was impeccable, food was outstanding. We stay with Four Points or Hamptons several times a year when we travel. Exceptional restaurant - that was the first time booking a table, maybe that’s where that went wrong although as I say, we were late. Thank you to the bar tender - great job!

All the food came very quickly, and perfect quality, despite being extremely busy and packed on Valentine's! And to top it off, Tiffany is such an amazing waitress! Can't recommend her enough!

Our server Chantelle was excellent and knowledgeable, her recommendations were on point! Our appys were excellent, I had the shirt ribs and my wife had the tuna...dinner was cooked perfectly and so delicious!! I had the steak and my wife had the salmon. They ran out of the wine my wife was having and comped us dessert. Bonnie the manager went over and above to make our Valentine's dinner memorable! We enjoyed Bonnie's sense of humor! I was warmly welcomed by Sareena, the manageress, whose attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism set the tone for a fantastic afternoon. Her leadership and genuine care for my experience were evident throughout my visit, and she deserves high praise for her outstanding management and customer service. The special Valentine’s touches were remarkable. From being greeted with a glass of Prosecco to the thoughtful complimentary dessert beautifully presented with a heart-shaped strip of sauce, every detail was perfectly executed. I was also delighted by the thoughtful gesture of taking photographs with an instant camera—an unexpected and charming keepsake that truly made my day. The food was fantastic, living up to the high standards I’ve come to expect from Joey’s. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor, perfectly complementing the romantic ambiance of the occasion. I was also impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant. One staff member, in particular, was diligently cleaning tables and booths after other guests finished their meals. It was clear that great care is taken to maintain a welcoming and spotless dining environment. It’s experiences like this that keep customers coming back, and I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the incredible Valentine’s lunch I enjoyed. Our food was outstanding! Our waiter Nick was awesome! Only thing is we were celebrating our Anniversary and this was the first time we never received a complimentary Billy Miner Pie to share, we had to pay for it? You would think we spent $256.60 including a generous tip that The Keg would have compted us one dessert?
