Announcing our Winter Hours! From October through May we will be open Wednesday - Saturday from 4:00pm-8:30pm for reservations!Farm to table dining in Pagosa Springs. Proudly serving fresh local ingredients from neighboring farmers, purveyors, and artisan favorites. Weekly menu changes, depending on season and product availability. Delightful flavor combinations, hearty portions, and craft cocktails, beer and wine to pair. Our Outdoor Dining Area is closed for the season, but it's nice and toasty inside! Summer will bring back our outdoor patio and riverside seating which adds increased availability to dine in our intimate mountain Eatery.

    We had a problem with our server. He kept "gabbing" with other tables for 5-10 minutes at a time, which meant our ability to order and get our drinks and food was impacted. I complained to the management, and they said they were sorry and comped our dessert. Sometimes being a interactive waiter can go too far.

    Everything we had was so good. The Cauliflower Starter was excellent. Bring it on as a meal Please. We had the short rib, amazing and the chicken with Brussels sprouts and apple and sausage. Also amazing. Topped off with a Sticky Toffee pudding. There is much more on the menu I to try, we’ll be back.
