I believe a restaurant should be rated on the professionalism of the service, the quality of the food, and the ambiance. My wife and I enjoyed a Valentine's weekend dinner menu at Prime. Every bite of our food was spectacular. The Maryland lump crab cakes were maybe the best I've had. An 18-oz ribeye was prepared to a perfect medium rare plus in the restaurant's 1600 degree oven. Such a beautiful char! I wish I could do this at home, but I'm sure I'd burn down our home. The service was polite and discrete. At one point, I was taking my evening pills and dropped one. Very quickly, a server quietly volunteered to pick up the pill if I wanted. The ambiance is warm and a nice romantic setting. Nice to have a steakhouse of this quality in the northern suburbs. We are returning! 😀

Never a disappointment!!! Outstanding chef prepared meals with even better wait staff!!! Love this place!!! Beautiful!!

We could not have asked for a more wonderful early Valentine’s dinner at Buona Sera! The Italian Egg rolls (Appetizer special) was scrumptious!! Our entrees were magnificent- even better than I had imagine they would be! Everyone who worked there was friendly and attentive to our every need. I highly recommend Buona Sera!

First time visitor on a recommendation. We had 7 family members in our group. Food and service were excellent. Servers helping servers. Will return and wish to try the upper level Prime restaurant too

My daughter and I had a great time, we had fabulous service. Hayden helped us get set up and right there when we needed him for help! I would recommend this place to everyone looking to have fun night of ball with family or friends!!
