Best steak I’ve had in a very long time. It was superb! I have dined at all of the high-end steak houses and Desi Vega’s beat them all! My filet was tender, cooked to perfection and seasoned perfectly. We paired our steaks with the potatoes au gratin and creamed spinach. The drinks were well made and the service was top notch. We will be back!

We celebrated our 24th wedding anniversary with an early 5pm dinner. The restaurant was relatively quiet when we arrived as there were several empty tables. Our meal was delicious and our cocktails were very good. We enjoyed the shrimp with polenta starter. The flavors were perfection. The grilled Caesar salad was yummy as well. For our entrees I got the scallops which I thoroughly enjoyed. My husband got the special which was a whole yellow snapper lightly crusted and fried with chimichurri and roasted potatoes. The presentation was impressive. We had a lady from a different table ask to take a picture of it. It was one of the best fish dishes we’ve had. For dessert they brought out a special chocolate surprise for our anniversary which was sweet and we also got the burnt goat cheesecake which I loved. It wasn’t super sweet. Overall had a great experience. Service and ambiance were top notch. Can’t wait to go back!

Last night four of my friends and I dined at Gallager’s Grill. As always it was a great experience. We got our favorite table with our favorite server and the food was fabulous! Pat Gallager stopped at our table to check on us and to visit a bit. We plan to go 1 more time before the year is out. I highly recommend Gallagers Grill to any true steak or seafood lover!

The atmosphere is much nicer with the sound board!! Music selection was so pleasant but being able to carry on a conversation was the best improvisation!! Thanks

I recommend the delicious alligator appetizer for visitirs who have never tried alligator.
