Chet's is Closed for the Spring and will reopen for Summer on June 8. Chet's is open for breakfast daily from 6:30-10:30am, Bar and Lounge 5-10pm, and for dinner 5-10pm featuring Montana favorites. Located in the Huntley Lodge. Reservations are encouraged for dinner, walk-ins are always welcome. We are excited to be offering an inspired new dining experience at Everett’s 8800 this season. Through the ambition of Executive Chef Nathan Bramlett, our culinary team has sourced the finest ingredients from Montana and around the world to create an inspired multi-course dining experience. Everett’s 8800 will open for lunch daily 11am to 4pm beginning December 7th through April 13th . Dinner will be available Wednesday through Saturday evenings 5pm to 9pm beginning December 11 through March 29th. Our restaurant is located on the top of Andesite Mountain and is accessible via the Ramcharger 8 chairlift. A valid lift pass, or scenic ride pass is required to access Ramcharger during lunch. Lift access is included with dinner reservations.

Your adventure at Meadow Vue Ranch begins between 6:15 and 6:45 pm on a Wednesday or Saturday night. The first item of business is checking in at the cook shack you will get your tickets and pay for the rodeo and dinner. After checking in it is great time to go pick a seat next to the rodeo arena so that you can see all the action that is about to happen. 7 pm the rodeo begins with the presentation of the flag and the national anthem. There is something special about the national anthem at a rodeo. The action shifts to the mounted drill the children that are participating in our summer camp. The kids get to show all of the skills that they have learned over the past week. It is about to get western as it is time to check out the action down at the bucking shoots where we have bull riding, saddle bronc riding, and bareback riding. We bring in cowboys & cowgirls from all of the West Yellowstone area to come compete at our rodeos.

    This meal was amazing and our server Christopher is excellent. The cocktails were delicious, the appetizers of queso and shrimp cocktail was excellent, (could have had a couple more shrimp on the plate but they were tasty) and the steaks and sides were truly remarkable. The Dry Aged New York with blue cheese crust was the best steak I have had in some time. The garlic clove on the plate is an excellent touch as well. Christopher was knowledgeable, fast and provided excellent suggestions. All around great service. We have mentioned at least 3 times what a great meal we had! Thanks Block 3.

    Our service was fantastic!! Izzy was polite, sweet, attentive and adorable. She checked in on us often, but not pushy The food had wonderful flavors and tasted great. My steak was great flavor with blue cheese baked on top. But it was not hot and overcooked. I asked for medium rare, but was barely pink. My mother in law enjoyed her trout tremendously. My husband enjoyed his elk medallions they were very tender. Unfortunately none of our meals was super hot. It was pretty pricey but expected
