There are things we will never experience again. That vineyard block represents the past – the starting point, getting ourhands dirty, all the ‘firsts’ of our business”. BLOCK ONE represents the future as this vineyard block now produces some of the estate’s finest fruit for our international award-winning wines. You will be amazed by the outdoor seating area of the restaurant. Seating is covered by an engineering wonder in a one-of-a-kind cantilever that is already drawing attention in the world's architectural community.     My boyfriend and I had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Our server was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring we were well taken care of throughout the evening - including our transportation home. She recommended the chef's tasting menu, which turned out to be a great choice. The tasting menu allows the chef to pick a variety of dishes for you, and each course was thoughtfully curated and packed with flavor. We also opted for wine pairings, though we chose not to pair wines with every course, which worked out perfectly. From presentation to taste, everything was on point. Overall, it was an exceptional dining experience, and I highly recommend trying the chef's tasting menu for a first-timer.
