Booked for my husbands birthday when we were visiting Birmingham. Food was delicious particularly the steak and dessert. Staff were excellent, very attentive. Lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Our table was not ready on arrival but we only waited a few minutes. The food and service were excellent and the waitress was particularly friendly and efficient. We had a great night.

A good friend travelled many miles to meet me. I chose the Ivy as I have been going there ever since it opened in Birmingham and eat in the many Ivy restaurants in London and elsewhere. I trust the menu and the wine list. Today the only things that went wrong were a polite request for the table I usually get or the second best table ( in my opinion). Yet having booked several weeks ago both were taken. When were they booked? Secondly the double espresso arrived cold. It was unlike the Ivy to do that. I have known all the previous managers but not the present one. I must introduce myself at my next visit.

Me and my partner visited this lovely small restaurant found on hagley road. We ordered fresh apple juice , although for the price one glass came full and the other was just over half the glass so it wasn’t full I would recommend you making sure drinks are topped up properly. We ordered the platter for two and the meat selection was good , the rice portion however was on the small side imo. For two people and the amount of meat we could do with more rice and bread. But overall I would return and order my own dish to try , staff were friendly and attentive and the restaurant was nice. 😊
