Food and joy are intimately connected here at Hillholm Estate, our 1895 Gilded Age mansion tucked among Maine's High Peaks. So great to experience the Mountain Room for another ski season! Staff is superbly trained, friendly and welcoming. Food is on point as always. Deviled eggs and whipped ricotta toast were especially delicious. Looking forward to our next visit!

Excellent Christmas dinner, I had the prime rib and my had the stuff fish. Everything was excellent, no waiting and the wait staff was extraordinary!!!
