Our days begin roasting chilies and tomatoes, rolling fresh tortillas in our bakery and wringing every last drop of Ruby Red grapefruit for cocktails. We hand-grind our own sausage and hand-trim every ounce of meat in our butchery, then anoint it with the savory seasonings and marinades we've honed over generations. A few margaritas on our patio and you've found your new casa sweet casa.

Gran sorpresa en la comida y las combinaciones. El nivel de la comida con la sal suficiente (por arriba del promedio en Estados Unidos, pero bien para alguien de México). Los vinos del maridaje estuvieron bien a excepción de 1 (3/4). Sólo pedimos la degustación del Chef, pero los platillos de las otras mesas se veían bien servidos y presentados. El personal muy atento, sobre todo porque nos ayudaron con la celebración de cumpleaños.
